Hi and thanks for listing a role on my website.
It is important to note that all jobs posted must follow all Spanish laws.
Every job must come with a contract. Hourly rates and salaries must follow minimum wage laws for the position you are advertising for.
Crazy I know I have to add this but it is very important.
I have been in recruitment in the past and my most successful placements have been with companies that give as much details on roles as possible.
They would also list some of the perks on offer when working for the company. This could include a free meal when on shift and drinks.
Flexible work hours are also a big seller. If you don’t let staff be flexible to some degree this could put them off. Staff have lives as well and if they can still enjoy a Friday or Saturday off once in a while will keep them motivated.
(A Contract Is Not A Perk It Is A Legal Requirement)
Posts will expire automatically after 3 weeks and be removed unless stated above. This is so you don’t keep getting pestered once you have a staff member.
